Envelope addresses can be fully formatted and styled. Envelopes display a placeholder address to allow you to format the text. Just click on the placeholder address to select it and it will be outlined with a green box and drag handles. Then use the controls in the Text palette to specify the font, size, text color or style.

Addressed Envelope

When the envelope is printed, the placeholder address shown here will be replaced with addresses from the Mailing List for this project. See the page on printing for more information. To specify which of the 10 available label names should be used for this envelope, just double-click on the white area of the envelope and the Edit Envelope window will appear. Use the Name for addressed envelope combo box to specify which label name to use. The names that use "First" or "Last" are automatically generated from the first and last name. The other choices are fields that you specify when you enter the address.
